LONGWOOD, Fla.- The Florida Collegiate Summer League is pleased to announce the players that will be competing in the 2022 Florida League All-Star Game. All-Stars were selected using a combination of the fan vote, as well as ballots cast by league head coaches, broadcasters, scorekeepers, and league officials. The All-Star Game will match up players from the East (DeLand, Sanford and Seminole County) against players from the West (Leesburg, Winter Garden, and Winter Park).

The All-Star Game will take place on Tuesday, July 12th at Sanford Memorial Stadium. During the afternoon, there will be a private scout showcase for the All-Stars and other selected invitees. The 2022 Florida League Home Run Derby will follow at 6 p.m. Participants in this season's Home Run Derby will be announced in the coming days. Any players who are unable to participate will be replaced by alternate selections, which will be announced by the League when applicable.

The first place Winter Park Diamond Dawgs lead all teams with 12 All-Star selections. The Sanford River Rats follow with ten players, most among teams in the East. There will be eight Seminole County Snappers on the roster, as well as six members of the Leesburg Lightning. Four players each from the DeLand Suns and Winter Garden Squeeze round out the roster.
