Stefano Foggi
President

Stefano is a native of Evanston, IL, where he lettered in baseball and basketball in high school. He played baseball at Rollins College from 2002-2008, where he was a team captain for 3 years and won numerous awards including Conference Player of the Week and a Gold Glove. He was part of the Tars team that went to the 2004 D-II World Series. While at Rollins, he earned his bachelor's degree in computer science and his master's in business administration. He started with the Florida League as a league intern in 2007. Since 2007 he has served as a Team General Manager, Business Operations, Vice-President and has been President since 2018. In 2019 Stefano was elected to serve as the Executive Director of the National Alliance of College Summer Baseball, a position he still holds today. He resides in Winter Park with his wife, Amber and their sons, Matteo and Landon. Stefano is a fan of the Cubs, Bears, Bulls and Orlando City. 

Rob Sitz
Commisioner

Rob is a local product who attended Lake Brantley High School. As a pitcher in 1997, he earned All-State and All-American honors, was named the Central Florida High School Player of the Year, and won a state championship. He played baseball at Rollins where he earned 1st team All-Conference recognition in 2002. Upon graduation, he was hired as pitching coach at Rollins 2003-2006. He later attended UCF, where he earned his MBA and a Masters in sports business. Rob has been with the League since its inception in 2004, and served as President from 2010-2017. He lives in Longwood with his wife, Emily and sons, Reid and Graham.
